The Great Pyramids
One of the great Pyramids of Giza, Egypt. I happened to visit the country while it was going through a political turmoil and hence didn't find too many tourists around but I am glad things are fine in Egypt now.
Egyptian Kings used to leave a lot of Gold/Silver with the Mummy-fied dead body in the pyramids and carve/draw things they would do in next life (along with other things/messages). There was a hope of next life, to be a king/rich again but the gold/silver either got looted or now lies in the museums with the mummies. Of course there were brave kings some died fighting until last breath some gave up early to fatal diseases and there are too many lessons to be learn but IMO the most important one is "Nobody dies rich, have fun while you can." :)
